Mystery Vine!

I've been trying to figure out what this perennial vine is -- it grows in half a dozen yards in Newark, NY, though I've almost never seen it elsewhere. It also has lovely white flowers late in the spring or early summer, if that helps anyone identify it!

The Evolution of [clean-shaven] Man

I was going to try growing out only specific portions, but it turned out to be easier to selectively remove what *was* there . . . !

Papa Ditty's Assorted Gardens

A variety of pictures of a variety of Dar's dad's delight in gardening, from last summer.

A whole bunch o' redheads!

Funny thing about those Ditty-spawn . . . even the pets prefer that distinctive hair color!  Posted by Picasa

A brilliant pink . . .

I think this is a Shasta Daisy . . . but I'm not really sure. Quite vivid, that's for sure!   Posted by Picasa

Travellin' Willie

Willie just loves it when he gets the whole back of Dar's car to himself -- he can stretch out, do a bit of supervision, or just relax and watch the scenery zoom by!  Posted by Picasa

Ron & Dar checkin' out trees

Hmmm . . . what kind of tree could be THAT interesting?!?
Aha! One off them there Fruit Trees! This one is on the beach at Hamlin State Park -- one of Rochester's best parks, with a surprising variety of non-varietal apples, great beaches, and even plenty of beautiful Beeches.

A whole MESS o' Tracy's!

OK, a day late, but better'n never -- here's a shot I *think* is from Grandpa's 75th? Anyhow, all the Tracy's you could shake a stick at (without bouncing it of a few!)   Posted by Picasa

Baby-holdin' NEVER came naturally!

OK, so here's proof: Bryce *wasn't* the first wee frammis I've held (and managed not to drop!)

Looks to me like Aunt Diane supervising, and maybe Gram watchin' from afar?

A couple more Tracy's

OK, Rocky I can spot, and certainly Grandma Vivian, and of course Grandpa and Dad . . . but I've got no clue who that li'l frammis might be. Anyone?  Posted by Picasa

Awww . . .

Yeah, I think I see the resemblance . . . !   Posted by Picasa

Say, who's this handsome fellow?!?

Surely anyone so dashing simply MUST be related to me!   Posted by Picasa

Two Kool Kats

Sara's graduating this Friday . . . which probably makes her even cooler than Max, though it's hard to tell in this picture!   Posted by Picasa

Bryce & Willie & Dar . . . oh, my!

A few shots we took while back in Spfld, with some fun interaction between Bryce and Willie!

Travelin' Bass

In the Minneapolis airport, while hoping not to get socked in, I spotted a guy travelling with his string bass -- clearly not the first trip it had taken with him!  Posted by Picasa

At the cf.Objective() conference in Minneapolis. From L-R, part of someone's head, then Simeon Bateman, Paul Kenney, a really sweet Tipi Lamp, Chris Scott, Sean Corfield, and part of someone else's head.  Posted by Picasa
